Yoga


Hatha Yoga Classes take place at St Johns Church Hall on:
Monday evenings each week from 6:30-8.00pm and
Wednesday mornings each week from 10.00-11.00am

Hatha Yoga, which is a gentle style of yoga, has been helping people to balance their body, mind and emotions for more than 6,000 years. Regular practice is designed to increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. Excellent for helping to release stiff joints, backs, hips and shoulders.
